Introducing Beats to Get You on Your Feet!

Two prerecorded fitness sessions with a professional instructor using local music for the routines. One session will be a relaxed stretching warm up and the other an upbeat cardio workout.

We’re looking for recorded music to play during the following fitness classes:

July 11th - Vibe and stretch

  • Chillax and unwind after your busy work or school day and come home to simple stretches, come home to vibe and stretch!
  • Music to fit the vibe: Acoustic, low fi beats, calm, relaxed, etc

 July 12th - Rock on the spot

  • Get ready for a fun, energetic rocking’ cardio routine! Pump up your day with some awesome local music.
  • Music to fit the vibe: Fast, energetic, uplifting, feel good, etc

If you feel that your music fits with one or both of the above options, then feel free to fill out the below expression of interest form and submit a song. 

The selected songs will be played during the recording of the two fitness sessions and will shape how the routine plays out. 

The finished videos will be premiered on Youtube on July 11th & 12th featuring the selected songs.
