TAC L2P Learner Application Form

**Maroondah City Council is committed to the health, wellbeing and safety of our whole community and we thank you for your patience and support as we navigate the rapidly changing situation around the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the Victorian Government’s announcement to cease all non-essential activity, Council has decided to suspend L2P drives until further notice. We are still taking learner applications.

The health and safety of our learners and volunteers is our top priority. With the situation of COVID-19 moving so rapidly, we are confident this is the right decision to protect our participants at this time.

The Maroondah TAC L2P Program is currently at capacity, however we are still accepting applications from young learner drivers who want to take part in the program in 2020. 

 Please be aware that learner driver applicants need to meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

  • 16 - 21 years of age
  • Live, work or study within the City of Maroondah
  • Hold a current Victorian Learners Permit
  • Make a commitment to the program for at least a 12 month period
  • Have no access to a vehicle, and/or no access to a supervising driver, and/or limited financial means
